Excellent, but a couple of ilprovements needed
Game is wonderful, well done and realistic. Three things to make it perfect: (1) more clarity and simplicity in rewards and rankings. It seems strange that you can have an uninterrupted win strike of over 40 matches, and still gi back from 5th to 10th position in the category; (2) bank shots guidelines are off; (3) most annoying to me: in the last few days there is an awful background music, almost a cacophony of drums and percussions, that cannot be turned off even from settings. I like it quiet with only the noise and vibration of the shots.

Way too many ads and the guidelines for shots don’t work
There are tons of ads required to obtain any serious amount of rewards for improvements. You spend half your time “playing” the game actually watching ads. But it’s necessary to advance; or else you need to buy upgrades 😡.
There are numerous levels of items to win/earn that unlock subsequent levels, and the “legendary” ones are few and far between. It takes forever to advance because of course, these are required. There’s a wheel to spin daily and win prizes, and yet it lands on the exact same things every day - which of course are the lowest value items. There’s always a “legendary” item you could win, but you will never, ever land on that unless you spend exorbitant amounts of money to keep spinning.
Different screens pop up all the time, asking you to buy items or play various levels, and when you’re in the rhythm of what you’re doing, it’s common to hit something you didn’t want. This is stupid and intentionally confuses the player. Finally, the play is unrealistic when trying to do a bank or kick shot. It has a guideline but it puts the ball nowhere near the line. This is the single most frustrating aspect of the game.

A VERY GOOD Billiards Tablet BUT. . . .
I love this one. The guides for your shots into the pockets are very different and quite helpful! However the game tech can also use the technology to ensure that you SCRATCH regardless of what position or pocket you are going for! It’s a bit strange, and a BIG let down, because the game CAN force you to lose = by scratching after almost every shot! 😵💫😳This would NEVER happen on a LIVE billiard table. Otherwise, I do like playing this one. Very advanced & addictive.

Good but
A little unclear on what the items you collect are used for and how to upgrade your cue
Don’t play unless you are willing to pay
Overall the game is ok but unfortunately some aspects of it are “rigged”. You only get to break about 2/10 times you play. Also, I been playing this game for approx. two months now (several times per day for a couple of hrs at a time) and I always spin the bonus wheel as many times per day as I can. There is a free 200 gem prize on the bonus wheel and over the past two months of playing and spinning, I hit every other prize multiple times but it won’t let me win the 200 free gems. Everything is about money in this app as the only way you will ever really get ahead in the game is to constantly upgrade and if you don’t, you will hit a plateau pretty fast and stay there.

Good program BAD support
This is a fun program to play, but it constantly has network issues with their server since their last update. I’ve notified them several times , but their response is to turn of my iPhone off and turn it back on. This doesn’t solve it , so they suggest you remove it and reload. This will work for a few games then you continue to get network issue of reconnecting, but it never does. I have to reinstall constantly because I can’t get the game to start. It starts by checking for updates, but gets stuck on trying to connect to their game server. Yet, I can start and run any other program on my iPhone without a network issue. This is their problem and they need to solve it.

2. There are times I make a great shot and the game considers it a foul shot. Sometimes I have to come close to the opponent’s ball, but I didn’t touch it with the cue ball before I hit my target ball. This glitch has kept me from running the table several times. It’s just annoying. Please fix it.

Fun and addictive but…
It is very clear that this game has been around a long time and it’s dev goes wide and deep. I would absolutely love to give this 5 stars, but it is beyond obvious that players are handicapped beyond the use of extras. How do I know? Because I’ve been playing pool for 35 years, and I’ve never witnessed the strange geometry of the q ball after a shot as I have with this game. It's gets even more “whackier” if you are about to clear the board. Admit here in a response that players are handicapped by the motion of q ball after the shot and I will give your very amazingly developed (addictively coded) game 5 stars, every week for a year!

Love the game but the ranks & rewards don’t make sense…
I started playing a few weeks ago and am obsessed but after more 300 wins was stuck at rank 2 and baffled as to why! The game only has one vantage point and the orientation is vertical both of these features are advantages over other games. It usually goes quickly and it’s very addictive if you love pool! Other pool apps don’t compare.

Confusing prizes
I enjoy this game to a degree. Not sure what all the categories of “prizes” are or what to use them for. It’s definitely set up to get the player to buy buy buy chalks, other stuff. It seems you hit a level and you’re stuck there unless you “buy in.” I find some of the competitors immature and less than good sports. Like with the “I never miss,” gloating comment and sunglasses emoji. And, the earned money just up and disappears. No idea where that goes. Anyway, for lack of a better pool game, this one is okay. Could be simplified and improved. A lot of annoying bot competitors, too.

Great game lacking things
This is a great challenging game but not getting legendary items with out paying for them is spoiling the game I have been stuck unable to advance my level because I can’t get legendary cue parts
