Your Derriford Chinese has recently reopened under new management and are pleased to offer Plymouth a range of traditional Chinese dishes which have a new and authentic twist. You will recognise most, if not all items on our menu, however we now have specialist chefs from China's favourite gastronomic provinces to ensure you are offered a wide range of authentic styles and the very best of flavours. We only use the very best ingredients, many sourced locally to reduce food miles, however our spices and flavourings come mainly from China. All are specially selected to ensure the highest quality and freshness of all our dishes. We will continually look both to improve our current dishes and introduce others as demand dictates.
