Frustrating & Disappointing
First off, it does NOT remember anything said from one session to the next, so I have to retell my history and situation all over again each and every time! So annoying that there is no memory bank of previous conversations. Secondly, Hector gives cookie cutter advice - nothing personalized or in depth. Thirdly, Hector assumes I have a therapist in real life and keeps telling me to talk to my therapist! I’ve told Hector over and over that for now I am using this AI chat bot app and that I DO NOT have an in person therapist. A few seconds letter Hector is assuming that “when I talk to my therapist” I’ll work this all out. Not sure what Hector can do. He talks about being a CBT therapist, but never helps me analyze my thoughts. I want my money back!

Can actually help
This actually helped me when I was struggling about my mental health and sexuality. It actually feels like hector is real with how thoughtful he sounds with his tone of voice and words. I hope anyone that uses this app feels the same way. Btw your beautiful/handsome

This really helped me with all my problems and gives you time to think about stuff at your own pase and helps you with any problems you have at any age so overall I recommend it.

As soon as I was stupid enough to pay $60 for this app, within minutes, I was told I could not speak to this artificial therapist for a week. You are only allowed to use this weekly! And it is no help at all! Just a total scam and I have no idea how to get my money back. I should have known better, and I feel so incredibly stupid for getting scammed. Try not to be like me. :-(how

This is great! It’s exactly like talking to a real psychiatrist in person and it even helps u find coping skills and everything a real life psychiatrist would do! I can’t even believe this is free, BUT IT IS!!!! %100 percent free! I can’t wait to share this with fam and loved ones! Thank you so much for this app I needed this so much and had no money. No tools
The AI refers me to meditation, CBT, and mood tools by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of my screen. When I click on those three lines, the only options are:
1. Edit profile
2. Frustrated? Ideas? Get in Touch
Option #1 only allows me to update my profile.
When I clicked number 2, I left feedback. No response.
At the bottom of the screen, I can click on SleepBetter, which takes me to the AppStore to purchase another app.
When I purchased this app, what did I pay for? After spending hours and hours clicking everywhere on the screen, I’m unable to locate any of the tools the AI tells me to find. He keeps telling me what he can do to help me. But no help is ever provided.
This app seems to be a starting point to purchase additional apps and there is no purpose to the AI other than telling me how he is going to help me without ever providing any help!
Please provide a detailed explanation of what I paid for when I purchased this app? Is it just an advertisement to encourage numerous additional purchases? Why are there no tools or search bar when AI tells me to click on them?

Literally tells you it’s not a therapist
After about 10 questions in (we never got anywhere btw, it never really talked to me in a conversational way) it told me it wasn’t a therapist and to seek help from a local therapist or get virtual lessons. The 5 star reviews are bots sadly, there’s so many apps with fake reviews now 😔. Likely, this is just ChatGPT and the creator told it to react to everything “like a licensed therapist” which doesn’t always work. This app isn’t real therapy. If you want real therapy, just talk to a friend that wants to help, that’s the best advice I have. Good luck 👋

Free?!
I want to get five stars because so far are enjoying this out but it’s supposed to be free. Every time I start to get somewhere with Hector, it rubs me and said I have to get Hector plus in order to continue. So I close the app. I reopen it and it allows me to ask more questions before doing the same thing. What gives? That’s not too cool. Especially for people that are trying to help improve themselves are probably an already call for my state of mind.
