Photos of Crew Will Not Load

Thanks for the review. We respond to emails and there’s an in app function to send directly to us as well. We also sent a in app blastmail notification to all users on how to get your crew photos to load for United while we fix the issue. The issue isn’t with the App it’s with the fact that your airline is adding security layers to their websites and we need to develop a new way to download the crew photos. Airport Database
The developer reached out and I revisited the airport database to search for BER. Brandenburg appeared but as SXF. Subsequently the database self corrected and EDDB became BER.
I thank the developer for reaching out and providing additional means of contact for app support.

Hello, message received. Can you email us at help@ottopilotsoftware.com so we can get more details? I have some troubleshooting options for you but need to discuss with you. Also we have a website and a phone number for support. Ottopilotsoftware.com and 719-256-0005 Btw, the database does reflect EDDB so you need to ensure your phone or iPad updates the local database you’re using. This will solve the issues you’re having with data import because that was updated in the database months ago when other users reported it missing. The user feedback submit button not showing up is being worked on and hopefully we have a solution to that soon. Either way. Please reach out to us so we can help you get this fixed.

We apologize for the bugs and have made some progress with this. Some of the freezes were related to crew photos which the latest app has fixed. Could you reach out to us at help@ottopilotsoftware.Com in order to verify/confirm that the rest of the import is working?

I lost the last 6 months of flight data. It didn’t load into the new app. Several attempts had the same result.
The crew images did not load. Yes they might be on the phone but I had to access every crew member individually to get the images to load. It appears that it was downloading them from CCS rather than the phone. Several of them took more than once to get the image to stay loaded. That’s a lot of work if you want all the images from years of flights.
Call me cheap but, I might consider an annual subscription. I get more out of EZCCS for less than half the price.
The Auto renewing subscription screen doesn't let you scroll down and read the whole info without selecting subscribe. What I am not seeing. There is no mention of how to unsubscribe in what I can see.

I’m sorry you’re having this experience. If you had reached out to us we could have helped you out. As far as the last six months of data we have been encouraging users to transition for almost a year now and we warned users that the 1.14 update would transition to a new database making the transition more difficult. Having said that, the data is still on your phone and we can help you get that data if you reach out to us at help@ottopilotsoftware.com. Also we have an update already submitted to Apple v1.14.2 that will allow you to restore from the old server until it shuts down in February. Again, please reach out to us if you need help, but I assure you the data is still there. As far as the price, you’ll have to determine if it’s worth it to you. The app was either getting turned off forever or a subscription model being put in place to keep it running. EZCCS is a great tool and has different functionality. We are not a replacement for them.
