Missing Crypto

This morning marks the 1st time I got confirmation of something that I’ve been noticing since the recent updates Celestia has been missing on my refresh and I’ve had to refresh multiple times to get it to show…………well this morning the worst happen it seems to have deleted itself and my money is gone on what was supposed to be a very protected cold wallet I’ve spent money on the OneKey Pro and turned around and also bought the classic I’m waiting for a response from OneKey a email was sent but I’m disgusted this morning with this I’m tempted to let a few major YouTubers I know about this matter because this is a issue that can’t go ignored and your products are to pricey for this mishaps very disappointing I’ll update if anything changes.

HORRIBLE, complicated, BUY A TANGEM

I DL this and bought the pro based on a YouTuber recommending it. However of the 25+ hot wallets/apps I have used, this one if the worst!!! It's NOT straight forward, there are no good instructions on how to use the app, it's lost my tokens... it's just a poor program. If they would make some videos clearly explaining it, maybe it would be ok. But for general use and trying to just "figure it out" it's horrible. Tangem and even cold card with nunchuck were both FAR easier to use!!!

I prefer Tangem

It’s just a bit slow and clunky with everything. I personally prefer Tangem but wanted something I can use on the Mac too.
One key is still better than ledger and others tho. Cheers

Does not auto detect tokens

Certain tokens are not auto detected on both this app and the browser extension. It’s a real pain and inexcusable on OneKey’s part as all the information is on the ledger. How do you read the ledger to display wallet balances and skip some?
If you use something like Dexcsreeners portfolio it shows all the tokens. OneKey somehow chooses to not display them for you.
Some tokens it can’t even display the token name or the balance of some of them. Sad.

App needs improvement

I would give five stars if the app was updated. When I click all networks my balance doesn’t reflect all networks. I need to individually click in to each network to see my balance for example kaspa or Avax. Tangem wallet integrated all networks on the main home screen to reflect your total balance.
