Always takes forever
Whenever we order via this app we have to ring after the food hasn’t been delivered for over an hour after we ordered it. Then it still doesn’t turn up for the best part of another hour! If we order via just-eat/Deliveroo it’s more expensive but it actually turns up when it says it does.

I ordered Doner Kebab meal with drink also ordered extra can drink. No drinks came with my delivery. Phoned them say I didn’t receive any drinks with my order. Said they send them. Then they phoned me back say delivery driver gave me drinks. I told guy on phone if I had drinks I wouldn’t be phoning and no driver never gave me any drinks. They just hung up on me
