I’ve ordered from this company on their website before and everything was fine then they came out with this app, I ordered two bouquets of flowers and heart balloons for my wife and her mother that are in Russia, once I got the first confirmation via email I was never notified about what was happening with my order nor did my wife ever get a call asking when’s the best time to deliver. It’s upsetting how lack of communication there is between the buyer and the seller, I’ve used all forms of communication, their in app chat, email and even WhatsApp and I’ve gotten nothing back what ever you do don’t download this app you will not get you moneys worth nor back to you it’s ridiculous that it’s been three days since it was supposed to be delivered, i understand it was a day before woman’s day but no communication about delay whatsoever is baffling and I’m so confused because I’ve ordered from here before.
