Can’t get past the log in

Sounded like an interesting app to use but I can’t get past putting in my email and password!

Error while trying to create an account

After downloading the app, I keep getting this error:

Exceeded daily email limit for the
operation or the account. If a higher limit
is required, please configure your user
pool to use your own Amazon SES
configuration for sending email.

Error Message

I’ve tried numerous times to sign up. The error says:
Exceeded daily email limit for the operation or the account.

If a higher limit is required, please configure your user pool to use your own Amazon SES configuration for sending email.

Wish I had this App...please help

Attempted several times to set up account. I couldn’t get past first screen. Each time I received same message *Exceeded daily email limit for the operation or the account. If a higher limit is required, please configure your user pool to use your own Amazon SES configuration for sending email. ???

Unable to finish account setup

I think this is a great idea, and I think I’d have a lot to offer, but I can’t finish setting up my account for some reason. I get to the email and password page and I get some error message about my account has reached it’s limit and Amazon something something. I’m hoping that because this is a new app, this will be fixed soon.

Can’t create an Account

While I absolutely love the idea, I think the app still needs to work through some kinks. It won’t even allow me to create an account. I get a message saying I’ve exceeded the number of daily logins for my email when I try to create an account/password. Not sure how I can exceed the login access, when I’ve never logged in? Excited to see improvements!

Love the idea!

Really appreciate a modern take here, only issue is it’s not letting me finish setting up my account. When I get to the “Diagnosis” box it can’t find any relevant cancers no matter what I type in (regardless of how generic or how few letters are in there).

And I don’t have the option to skip that section so I can’t get to the core of the app :(
