Revisit

It wasn’t obvious that I could respond to the developers response on my previous review but I’m back in the App Store because I once again had to delete the app and reinstall. Today is 7/15/23 and I reinstalled the app and it has only gotten me as current as the 7th of this month. I was curious because we had some storms roll in and I wanted to see how hard my pump was working and I can’t se any recent history for the last week.
Also this isn’t a gripe, maybe file this under suggestions. It would be nice to input what my actual pumps pumping capacity is instead of the generic assigned value in the app (prob an average for something in the neighborhood of 30-40 gpm @10’). Just to see more accurate numbers on gallons pumped. For instance my pump is a tramco pedestal pump that pumps 100gpm @10’ of head. I can do the math but it would be nice to see a more accurate number represented when I open the app.

Thanks for revisiting and updating your feedback. It's worth noting that we do intend to complete work to have folks customize their pump data by specific model or at least by size/rating as we push out new revisions in the future. So far as your data being current, we have yet to ever see an incidence of log out/login or delete/reinstall where it did not restore to full current. We would love to speak with you about your specific app troubles if we can, as we can likely sort you out, but then also improve the app for future users. Text us at 575 578 3031 and let us know if you would like to take 5-10 minutes to catch up to what's going on with your app.

App needs improvement

When it works it’s solid. My gripe is with the app, I got this app back in February and it seems like every month I have to uninstall and then reinstall it because my most current pump information isn’t showing up. For example, it’s been raining by me and I can heard my pump working but the most recent info is from 4/21/23 today is 5/1/23. I delete them download again then I sign in… it’s an annoying chore.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback about this specific issue! We wanted to check in after completing some recent background work and see how things are going with you currently? We fixed a bug for authentication token expiration which causes the symptoms you described above. If you navigate to settings and sign out, then back in again, the expectation is that your app should never behave this way moving forward. We would love to hear back if you have a chance to try this, but more importantly we want to know the fix worked. Let us know!
