  • Can not login

    I tried the app support link but it just took me to the knowledge base and there nothing there that helps. I had a Roland account which works on their website but it will not let me login with the same information in the app. The app seems nice enough but it will not let me use my Roland account. Update. It finally let me login and I subscribed to their “cloud”. But it will not let me access any of those features. It asks me to subscribe and when I try it says I’m already subscribed. They developer responded at some point and asked to contact them on the website which I already tried doing but their contact form doesn’t work. Update update… the developer asked if I saw a login screen with the link they sent. I did login and to use that form it requires a registered product and there’s nothing in the drop down to choose from and it won’t let me submit the form without that field filled in. I tried to register the product but it doesn’t recognize my model number so I can’t do that either.

  • Great app but not as complete as I expected

    The app is great but there are some problems about it and I hope you solve them in the future. In tones part on piano settings when I use a special sound the recorder records the normal piano sound and it gets boring sometimes. The second problem is with the recorder. I was hopeful to save and share my recorded file as a composer but there is no option for that. I’m looking forward to your feedback and bug fixes. Thank you
