I spoke to the representative about the packages the guy didn’t tell me anything just told me to go the website
Which doesn’t even specify what are we getting anyway i paid for the premium package hoping to get movies and chanels to stream like other service providers
But only few channels and couple movies

Bad service
Very bad service no support they charged me but unable to sign in app is totally annoying

I love KaroStream. Much better than any other Punjabi app. It runs really smooth. Technical support is top notch
False advertisement and very less channels
I took this subscription to see if they provide better experience than other apps. The answer is a big NO. Following are the reasons for not buying this subscription anytime in future-
1. They advertise that they offer more than 150 channels. I literally getting 94 channels with all the major Hindi channels missing.
2. They don’t have Sony TV, SAB TV, Star channels etc
3. They say that channels are based on geography I.e you will get different channels in NJ and different channels in other states. There are no disclaimers on the app while buying.
4. It doesn’t work on Amazon fire tv.
I think they are trying to get initial payment as they don’t have any way they can provide the money back. I used this app for 40 minutes (that’s it).

Worst app ever. Lesson learned. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

doesn't work with VPN, after I found it out I turned off my vpn and it started working good.
