This is Turista Social Travel Application (STA) MVP - the first ever release and here is what’s new in Version 1.0 of Turista Social Travel App The following modules are available to this version: Signup & Login A simple method for using the app's features was created. The signup and login processes will require the users to use their email address, which will be verified by the Turista Social App. Book Rooms, Add Ons, & Flights Experience seamless travel planning and booking on the app. This app is a one-booking system where you can book multiple rooms, add-ons, and flights. The app captures live inventory from both Turista and AirSWIFT Airlines systems. A first-of-its-kind "add to cart" system for booking multiple rooms and rate plans. To make it more exciting, you can use the Turista Social App to browse and pre-book non-room services such as water activities, private dinners, and more. Social Sharing A game changer in the field of social travel, the goal is to inspire Turista users with photos and videos of their travel experiences. Post an image and share your story through creative captions with your followers. This app development makes Turista unique from the other brands: agoda, expedia, and booking.com. The big brands of travel technology are designed only to be booking engines, and they don’t offer any social media features. To differentiate, we will invite users to review experiences in the form of visual posts we will call "postcards". The Turista Social App will inspire its users to share snapshots and snackable content that will pave the way for social sharing and encourage more people to travel. In-app Messaging & Notifications A Turista Chat system that allows you to communicate with other Turista users. We are inventing a way for Turista’s to be able to chat with their friends and with their families. We know how important staying connected is, and we know that when you travel, you need a unified way to chat with your friends and family. Store your Travel Documents Store and access your travel documents in one secure place. Access your booking confirmation and ID’s anytime, on your Turista app. The Turista Social App makes it easier for you to travel with friends and family. Sustainability We believe that we need to empower Turista to earn credits from their environmentally conscious travels. We are going to incentivize travellers with carbon neutral credits as they book and get discounts from all our hotels for actions that impact the environment positively. Users can apply a discount on their stay at the point of booking if they choose to skip washing their towels and changing their sheets for the day. That will save the environment from tons of detergent that kills our ocean life. This is why Turista users will be given a platform to actively participate in saving their resources—both the planet and their wallets. Payments A hassle-free payment functionality that will seamlessly split the payments directly to the partner hotels and airlines. A competitive way to ensure a frictionless travel planning experience and make it easier to accept payments on the go. Booking & Trips History Turista's Booking History, designed to improve travellers' booking experiences, allows users to keep track of their vacation plans. The Booking History is combined with an itinerary builder to ensure that all travel details are covered in order to create a personalised experience.
