This app is so user friendly, the SLR workouts are so varied and you can select based on how much time you have or area of the body that you want to focus on with lots of options. Brilliant work outs for toning and strength, lengthening and creating lean muscle. Sarah makes it easy to follow and keeps you engaged and motivated!Great way to workout
It is often hard to find time to exercise. I love that the App has a range of time options so I can squeeze in 5-10 minutes or a full hour depending on what time I have. Sarah is so motivational and keeps it interesting and engaging. I highly recommend subscribing!My favorite workout ever
These are the best workouts I’ve ever done. They are challenging, but feel so good on my body! Sarah has the most amazing energy and the classes FLY by. I have tried hundreds of different workouts from studios to at home to gym memberships, and this is by far my favorite. Can’t recommend enough!!!
