Gravity sensor - hardware issue
I purchased the range, I am frustrated with the product movement sensor accuracy, so far none of my model (I even tried a simple mug)can be scanned fully, you could only take freeze scan, once you start moving the sensor slowly, the scanning returns on the screen with a sudden drop or fast movement like jump into a limbo and kept rotating itself, as a result, my model flies everywhere. I don’t know how this can be solved?Show lessklno1
Easy to use for modeling
Unbelievable for me, the first time I could scan the object within such limited slot and create amazing modeling, very nice experience^~^Willianlong
Poor quality app and devices
If you are looking to scan tiny objects on a turntable, this might work for you. I bought the revo point pop 2 device and paired with this app, it is a frustrating experience. After about 10 attempts with different settings, I have not produced any usable scans. My old structure scanner scans much better.Show lessniewie

Cannot connect with wifi to Iphone-14
Did everything as instructed, it shows on Iphone it is LINKED to the scanner, but when I run the app, and go into settings, there is no option for Connect to device. And the tiny WiFi signal strength meter on it has an X. It does not detect the scanner.Mkaufer05

Disappointed
Unfortunately this app is terrible. No matter how slow I move for scanning an object, the app fails to maintain location on scanned object. Yes I calibrated the Revo point pop 2. I tried using scanning spray in case the reflective surface was an issue. I’ve tried using reference dots and it still loses location. And on top of that whenever I go to complete a scan the app crashes and fails to save the scan, so I can’t even stitch scans together.Show lessaroin05
So Far ok
Run a few scans from mobile and so far it seems to work pretty well with Pop 2. Still a little rough here and there and a few glitches but mostly works okRollerB
Ok but crashing issue
The app seems to run ok. However one in every five or six scan attempts will just crash the app.
Getting back in is quick but it’s still very annoying. Hopefully stability improves, and I can update my ratingtoomanyattemptsffs
