You can not lock the H9
It say on the website that you can lock the H9 through the app and there is a lock icon on the screen yet there is no way to access this featureTeam Faded
Cant connect
So I connected my Ev10Z scooter for a long time ago, after I didn't use the app for months. And then when I used it again, it logged me out of my account and then after signing back in my scooter was disconnected from the app. I tried connecting it again, but it just doesn't work anymore, and by the way I did all the instructionsShow lessCody jael

I connect to it and can do anything but lock my scooter what is the problem with the appAlfjrmax
The app was great
The app connected after a couple minutes it’s is a little confusing though my only real issue with the app is that it loses connection when the scooter is around 10 feet awayRoooootbeeer
It works
I had installed the device and connecting it to my EV10K pro scooter. If it asks for bluetooth, enable it. If also asks for your location, then enable it. If you can’t connect your scooter to the app then check that you have both of them on in settings. Mine works fine.stormpooooooooper4848363e

The app can’t even connect to the scooter. I did try both android and iPhones for about 40 times, but it didn’t work at all.minhnguy21
