No Apple TV Support

Unless I’m missing something MentorShow does not exist within the Apple TV platform while Masterclass does. I don’t quite understand why and would recommend Masterclass for this reason alone. Also the app has glitches and I currently cannot access my subscription and just given a blank gray screen. With little to no online support help, they are trying to be like Masterclass but fall Ng short on accessibility and assistance.

I speak English. The classes are taught in French. Expensive disappointment!!!!

Hi, Thanks for your taking time to share your experience with us. First and foremost, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Our goal is to share all the good things on our plaform to all our customers. I'm sorry to see that we failed this mission with you. For now, we're working to do the dubbing of all our videos. As we have many videos, it might be taking time but our team is currently working on it. Nevertheless, subtitles are already available for all our masterclasses. They are available not only in French but also in English and Spanish. To activate subtitles while viewing a video, select the CC button in the player's lower toolbar. In the menu that appears, select the subtitle track (SME) or subtitles you wish to see. We use Helvetica Neue in bold for captions and subtitles in the Vimeo player. The font size is adaptive and will adjust to the size of your browser window. If you need further assistance, please feel free to come back to me, I'm here to accompany you. Very limited English narration limiting classes you can watch if you don’t know French

Lack of English Narration Limits Usability

Initially, I thought this app provided great value because I got it for a specific class. Later, I discovered I could watch many more courses, which was exciting—until I realized they were all in French. I don’t understand why there’s no English narration. While you offer subtitles, I prefer to listen rather than read. This limitation really affects the experience for non-French speakers. I’ll do a little bit more research and if this is really the case, I will be unsubscribing.

Cannot turn off subtitles

Contenu de haute qualité

Le contenu est plus qu’excellent en raison de la qualité des formateurs sélectionnés et de leur contenu audiovisuel. Mon seul désagrément est concernant l’information trompeuse du 7 jours d’essai gratuit lorsque l’inscription est fait via AppStore puisqu’il ne s’applique pas. Or, ce détail n’est pas clair au moment de l’inscription. Cela étant dit, le contenu m’a convaincue que l’abonnement payé en valait la peine.

Piege d’un abonnement

Sincèrement je ne trouve pas de valeur aux programmes. Je connais quelques uns des mentors et c’est du survol sans réelles valeurs. Impossible d’annuler donc 48 euros envoles chaque mois pendant un an lol. Impossible de negocier. Faites attention si vous vous abonnez.
De plus l’application ne marche pas bien. Mieux vaut utiliser le site regulier.

Demande de payer une deuxième fois

Je me suis inscrite ce matin et l’argent de l’abonnement fut débité sur mon compte. Lorsque que je me connecte à l’application ou au site en ligne, on me demande de m’abonner et de payer une deuxième fois. Je n’ai donc pas accès au contenu. Je leur ai envoyé un courriel à cet effet et on m’a répondu (après un certain délai, donc pas rapide) qu’ils n’arrivaient pas à localiser mon compte ainsi que mes détails de paiement et ce malgré le fait que je leur ai envoyé une capture d’écran de la facture contenant tous les détails de paiement ainsi que le numéro de transaction. Je leur ai donc envoyé toutes ces informations une deuxième fois et depuis, aucun signe de leur part. Aujourd’hui c’est samedi et le visionnement des capsules faisait partie de ma petite planification relaxe de ma journée de congé. 12 heures plus tard, on peut dire que mon samedi zen est gâché.
