Your feedback helps us evolve so thanks for sharing all those details. Yes you're right, MentorShow isn't compatible with apple TV yet. But we're working on it. MentorShow is a young company. Hi, Thanks for your taking time to share your experience with us. First and foremost, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Our goal is to share all the good things on our plaform to all our customers. I'm sorry to see that we failed this mission with you. For now, we're working to do the dubbing of all our videos. As we have many videos, it might be taking time but our team is currently working on it. Nevertheless, subtitles are already available for all our masterclasses. They are available not only in French but also in English and Spanish. To activate subtitles while viewing a video, select the CC button in the player's lower toolbar. In the menu that appears, select the subtitle track (SME) or subtitles you wish to see. We use Helvetica Neue in bold for captions and subtitles in the Vimeo player. The font size is adaptive and will adjust to the size of your browser window. If you need further assistance, please feel free to come back to me, I'm here to accompany you. Very limited English narration limiting classes you can watch if you don’t know French

We’re really sorry to hear that the limited English narration has affected your experience. While many of our current courses are in French, we know how important it is to offer more options in other languages. Expanding our English content is something we’re actively working on, and your input helps us prioritize these improvements. We appreciate your patience as we strive to make the platform more accessible. Even though dubbing isn't available yet, we'd like to inform you that there are English subtitles for each video. While many of our courses are currently in French, we truly understand the importance of offering content in other languages like English. We're actively exploring ways to expand our audio offerings, and your feedback will help guide these improvements.
