Our visitors wanted a standalone application that does not require an Internet connection to show inch measurements on a ruler. With this app, you have the option to enter inches in three different formats. Your inch measurements can be in decimal number format, fraction format, or mixed number format. The app does not require an Internet connection, so you can use it anytime and anywhere. The goal was to make the app intuitive, clutter free, fast to operate, and easy to use.
