It was good👍
(This is my first review so it may be a little rough. I’ve made sure not to add any major spoilers just in case anyone who hasn’t played the game reads this)
The prequel of this game, Underworld Office always had a special place in my heart. Although the story was straightforward, Eugene’s growth was nice to see and seeing the different endings and achievements and especially the illustrations and animations always kept me hooked. I don’t remember all the details since it’s been a long time but my only problem with it was the straightforward story and the lack depth it gave the other characters. But this sequel fixed those problems and went beyond my expectations in both characters and story.
I love how Charlie interacts with the others, seeing how Eugene’s grown since then, seeing everyone’s backstory and more of what they’re really like. The story is especially long compared to the previous game. I’ve only finished one ending which had taken me a few hours (maybe 3+ hours?) only to be surprised that there were more. I really REALLY love how it’s gone more into what’s considered good and bad and how it affects the other ghosts.
The mystery of how Charlie was a bright ghost despite how she was like in the previous game was nice hook. Charlie had grown on me lot, since the beginning I knew Charlie would be a fun protagonist but seeing her views and the way she handles things is such a nice contrast towards Eugene’s character. They’re a really good foil towards each other.
The only problems I have is that there’s some grammatical errors that make it hard to read or flow nicely from sentence to sentence. Like how at some point Charlie spoke in third person and made no sense. Although it only happened once, it took a while for me to understand what she was trying to say. But it doesn’t happen too often and most of the time it’s just a missing word or bad punctuation. The other problem I had was the lack of screen-time the boss and River had despite them being really prominent characters near the end. I feel Eugene’s relationships with other ghosts were more tell than show. By that I mean I wish I could’ve seen him interact with River and Boss more for people that hadn’t played the previous game and it’s clear this is supposed to act as a stand-alone, then his relationship with them can lack impact and feel flat.
Overall, It’s an entertaining game. The characters were fun. The illustrations were great and the few animations it had were nice👍👍

Amazing game
Thí game made me cry a lot. I love this game so much
Charlie’s pronouns?
Love the storyline and the characters but Charlie’s pronouns are confusing? It starts out by using they/them to refer to Charlie but then uses she/her? If the case was simply that it’s interchangeable, she/they pronouns, then the other characters would use both consistently, but they don’t. It makes no sense and is slightly annoying, I loved the nonbinary representation that is there at the start of the game/story but then giving Charlie feminine pronouns and calling them a girl just ruined that.

A great game!
All the games from this studio is amazing. The suspension from the story is just chef kiss. I played murder on the budapest before and I love it. Same for this game, I love the story line. The only thing is Charlie pronoun is they/them make me uncomfortable. I get that you want to be inclusive but in term of standard English grammar it is so weird to read. What’s wrong with giving Charlie a gender. Please let the player select the pronoun at least.

5 stars.
I’m gonna cry now
Great game
I honestly love the story it’s like one of those games where I got just forget all about it just so I could experience it again.
I recommend this to anyone who is just looking for a story packed game.
My only complaint with game is that every like 10 minutes or so I would have to watch an AD to get more tickets to pick an option.
(For some reason while I was doing Eugenes voice in my head I made him sound like Morty lol)
