If you track your workouts, nutrition, and health data, this is legitimately the best app there is!I love that I can interact with my coach to ask questions and cheer on other participants in my group. Everything you need is integrated within the app (Trainerize Features plus more). Video demos of the movements, specific instructions and cues from the coach, modifications for equipment, etc. Being able to import my data from other apps like Fitbit, Apple Watch, My Fitness Pal, etc. is a game-changer! Also, the feature to upload progress photos and then see them side by side from week to week is super cool.
