I had took a picture of a snake and it didn’t show any images and it didn’t say any information if it is poisonous or not and you also have to pay to take a picture which makes no sensethe review guy???

I had found a baby lizard in my shower/bathtub and I took a picture with flash on so it was a clear picture, and I went in to the app and inserted the picture to be scanned and I told me it did not work! Please get this fixed.Lunamoon26
