Falta de asesoría hacia sus empleados, y falta de información hacia el cliente!
He tenido malas experiencias en cuanto a las promociones que promocionan en sus redes sociales. No dejan saber los requisitos, términos y condiciones, ni al cliente, ni a sus empleados. Al contactarlos al servicio al cliente se tardan muchísimo en responder ( a veces lo leen y ni contestan). Deberían de reconocer sus fallos y compensar a sus clientes por errores que ustedes cometen.Jdjshsnamsnsn

Si tienen la oportunidad de descargarla, desaprovéchenla! Creo que si le das un espacio en tu celular a una aplicación extra lo menos que esperas es que funcione; solamente una vez me acumulo puntos, así que si no saben cómo mantener funcional la aplicación mejor pásense a Leal y ahórrenos el disgusto.Ivania2417
