  • Use this app nearly everyday

    I love this process. The intoxicating, truly extraordinary voice in the music takes me to such beautiful places. I find myself so relaxed and filled with a previously unknown equanimity that helps me face almost everything with a calm demeanor. This is saying something as I have struggled with severe PTSD since I was a small child. To NOT startle at every sound, and not overreact to small stimuli is like a miracle. After years of taking drugs to control the PTSD, I no longer need them regularly and only take them on very, very rare occasions. In the past, therapy helped, regular meditation helped, self-compassion helped but nothing else turned off the 24/7 panic that was always running inside. This didn’t happen overnight. I have been a part of the most high group since the beginning. So I have been doing daily or near daily sessions for a few years now. The progress has been slow and gradual but pronounced. So happy I found this. My life is SO much better.

  • Sounds great but…

    I’d love to write a review but I haven’t used the app yet because there’s no directions. Am I supposed to watch the screen in a dark room, am I supposed to be lying down? All I know is I’m supposed to be alone. Anything else??

    Hi Jerry - You make a good point, directions may be more clear in writing - although there are a number of videos and intros that give directions - thanks to you, we're adding the following written directions: Be in a private space where you won't be seen or heard. Self-consciousness really interferes with achieving self-transcendence. Use earbuds or headphones for full immersion with the session’s psychoactive audio. Close your eyes. Let your imagination guide your experience. Suspend disbelief and be open to higher states of consciousness. Emote and express yourself freely. Lean into any feelings that well up. Be prepared to spontaneously cry, weep, yell, speak, sing, dance and move as the Spirit moves you. Let yourself do this without judgment or self-consciousness. Listen and follow the Guiding Voice closely as if you were chasing it. Pay attention to how the voice (both speaking and singing) feels and resonates in your being as it moves and changes.

  • Everyone Should Experience Most High!!!

    They did not over promise for Most High, they over delivered! You will experience transcendence. You will learn about the physiology and chemistry and neuroscience behind the methodology. The music alone is otherworldly.. Most High App has the potential to transform your inner being almost miraculously . I am so impressed I want everyone to have it. Muck love to you all.
