Makes it easier to be active
I liked the biological age assessment and report and find the local recommendations on activities I can / should do very useful. The app is smart and easy to use too.

Clever and user-friendly
User interface is simple to navigate but really effective. App offers a broad range of activities that are tailored towards your needs/location, as well as allowing you to track your progress/activity. Thumbs up from me!
They want too much information before you can even see what the app is like!
They want your full home address, why not just your area? Also unable to Contact unless you jump through hoops. Shame looks like a good idea and app but suspicious that they want all personal details before you can see what the app is about.
