Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a Cincinnati Health Institute patient, you will receive the specific content of your care plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Cincinnati Health Institute in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages The CHI4Health app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with the app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Cincinnati Health Institute patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Cincinnati Health Institute uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
