How to log in?
I can’t figure out how to log in.
Terrible user experience
How terrible? I can’t even get past the login page. You have to request an account setup from the website (but there is no mention of this on the login screen), there is no way to create an account yourself. Even after figuring all of that out myself, getting an activation link from the company, I still can’t login with my username and password. I’m going to have to send back the product as it is unusable without the app.
