App crash constantly
App continually crashes and is essentially useless now in my 3 year old swim spa

Connection problems
A dirty little secret of Arctic Spas is how much trouble you will have connecting consistently through either app through the Wi-Fi extender.
Works!
We were unable to access our SpaBoy through the Arctic Spas app for some reason. This one allows us to see real-time stats and initiate all the actions we would have from the original app. Happy with it!
Not very good.
Was marginally better before as part of main app. Connection isn’t great and often you have to reload the app several times. Need to input IP address to set up which you didn’t before. Fairly awful experience.
Fix it
Whatever you did to the app lately sure broke it. Why split it into 2 apps?? Setting CL level crashes the app. Hire professional software developers you can afford it with the high price your customers pay for arctic hot tubs.
Garbage
The old app barely worked but you could get by, now the new app is complete garbage and makes it inoperable. Buy a different brand of spa, this system is complete junk, im embarrassed to even give it one star.
No longer works
Was working fine before they split off the apps now even when I put in ip it can’t find it but I know it’s correct ip. How can you make someone bad and then totally break it?
