Hi, Sorry for inconvenience. As per our customer support team, Odoo User ID is case sensitive it might be possible that you have entered wrong User ID. Please verify once. Can you please try again and check if it's work ? In case the issue is still persists, please report to info@keypress.co.in with screenshot
