I’ve used almost every other CS system, from Zendesk to Kayako to Gorgias and Helpscout. Richpanel is a slam dunk. It’s sleek, well made, and constantly adding new features at a reasonable price. The best. Highly recommended.

Very Easy To Use
The RichPanel mobile app is awesome! It has all the tools you need to handle customer support on the go. You could even argue that using the RichPanel mobile app is faster if you are a good phone typer.
