Key feature not working
The app is pretty decent and has useful features… But one frustrating issue: you can view data usage by DEVICE, which is very important. Unfortunately, it only shows a five minute span of usage Further, the hourly usage and daily usage contains no data. Please fix this. I need a better view of data usage by device. Thx!

The only thing that concerns me is that not enough people know about PearlComm Fiber. For something that was expected to take much longer, PearlComm came through much sooner than expected. Fast, friendly, & efficient staff. From the operator to the linemen to the installer. I was able to see the entire process first hand, and I’m quietly impressed. Every part was explained along with a timeline for each phase. I was looking expectedly at 2-3 weeks. Given our new location, I understood. I’m a “glass half empty” so I took it 3 weeks out. We had FIBER in less than a week! The linemen showed up JUST BEFORE A STORM! I was sure I was getting a reschedule when they notified me that they would be early. And simply astonished when the installer did the same, and showed up earlier than his new appointment. Awesome. Completely Satisfied! 😎Show lessdrinkmixr13
