So Outdated
Way to many steps to complete a work order. Needs a work flow, not constant clicking back on forth. Can’t copy. Constant kicking you out of the app. Picking different work order when logging back in. Forms are horrible, better of using paper. This app is no way even mobile friendly. I rather go back to Unix and a command prompt. You need to take your office people out into field and try using your app 10 times a days and if your reviews don’t speak for themself, you seem not to care to even try to make the app better.Show lessHelen John’s
This App
Is the worst app I’ve ever had to use. We use it at work. It’s horrible. It consistently crashes while using, consistently doesn’t send masterforms and other forms. It’s difficult to navigate, difficult to use. I’d give this negative stats if I could. Please overhaul this app. Fix it.Delta_Tango69
Garbage app with undersized servers
Only use if you enjoy waiting minutes at a time just to click a button, our company used them and we spent more time waiting for things to load than I did doing my actual job.
Not to mention their program is an innavigable mess where data is regularly lost or mis-entered into our invoices and database.
