Good service, awful app
Whilst I have no issue with the delivery service at all - I found the app to be woefully poor - it feels like it’s been developed by coders with no understanding of user experience or design aesthetics. Every step of the onboarding and ordering feels clunky and unhelpful. Please, please get an experienced UX designer to work their magic on this asap. Oh - and please stop the unrequested marketing notifications or at least give it as an option to only receive notifications relating to an order.

This was so simple to use and the efficiency of the service was second to none. Love it. Just what Jersey has been waiting for.
