Hello, unfortunately, the very principle of call recording on iOS is very different from that on Android. The iOS app functions in a different way. Automatic call recording is not technically possible. You will need to call the service number during or before your actual recorded call, and merge these two calls to create a recording. Unfortunately, the pricing is also different, because of the technical differences. Please feel free to contact support@cubeapps.io for more information and help with set up, or other questions.

Hello. Unfortunately, call recording apps for iOS cannot be free because they use third-party services for merging calls so they can be recorded. However, you can record voice notes (use dictaphone-type feature) for free, and you do not need new subscription for listening to the previously recorded conversations. Thank you.

Hello, please be advised to contact App Store support for help with this matter, as all the subscriptions and payments are processed on their end and the developer does not have a tool for refund.
Complaint regarding CUBE app
I could not open an important interview which I recorded to listen and personally transcribe. When I tried to send a message to the support@apps within the CUBE app, the arrow button would not send. I took screenshots of the message and sent to the address site given by regular Text. I have not gotten a response and time is crucial. They do not provide a phone number to be able to call a Help Line. It is very frustrating!

Hello, conversations using the AirPods should be recorded just the same. It looks like you didn't merge the call in question with the call to the service number, this is why those conversations were not recorded.
