App Makes the Pad Useless
I was hoping the app wasn’t as bad as the reviews. Considering returning the pad due to the app.
I don’t know how much therapy my dog actually gets since the app will disconnect multiple times through each session.

Fix the app
I have had this product for a few months and initially had no issues with the app connecting, but now it’s incredibly annoying. I can never seem to connect and when it does it only holds the connection for a brief moment before it disconnects. I would love to be able to confidently use it as I just had a dog have surgery but I’m not sure at this point!

Truly a terrible app I never know if the mat is on or working
How can you charge almost $400 for a product where they force you to use the app as the control, and it disconnects from the mat after one second? Truly horrible I never know if the mat is even on or working
Fix the app II
I’m not sure why they can focus on fixing the app and improving the user interface. Too many glitches frustrating to users on their FB community. I see tons of advertising on social media which isn’t cheap. Why don’t they invest in a competent software engineer and user interface consultant? I would buy another product since this one is frustrating to use.

FIX THE APP.
This product relies on the app to do anything. Why have such a terrible app?! The app after the latest release has been terrible. Completely unreliable to connect and run a program. Sometimes it will connect after trying for 5 times. Sometimes it will connect right away. Sometimes if refuses to connect after 15+ attempts and I give up.

Works well
The mat works well. I’ve not had any problems using the app.
Mat and app
Love the mat and app. Our vet got one and tested and uses it on herself too. Great product just have to know how to use it. Use support group. User tester if there is an app issue I have never had one.
Really simple and effective
Like this one. Hardware operates simply. You just tap the whole thing on and off. No buttons etc. means when my dog throws it around i don't worry! The clever bit is that all the detailed controls are within the app - so you simply program it and kind of dont ever need the app again - unless you want to reprog.

INCONSISTENT & FRUSTRATING
How am I supposed to use this modality correctly when the app has NEVER functioned properly? Seems like a waste of my money! I have had it for over a year. When I turn it on, it may or may not display the levels and more often than not, never displays the timer for any level. When I use the PEMF mat I am never sure it is effective because of the app. :( I have deleted, redownloaded, etc. nothing changes.
