I used to love this place. The new app doesn’t work and I’ve lost my points somehow from 689 to 81. I asked about it and the “manager” was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in awhile. I asked what the other managers name was and she wouldn’t give it to me. I said I guess I’ll go somewhere else and she said “good”. Even the manager could care less about the customers

Awful. Says I’m logged in but when I try to order it asks me to log in. It’s clunky and less user friendly than the previous. Deleting this asap!

This girl made my day the other day I was having a bad day she was so nice and helpful she really cares about her customers I think her name was faith or something she is so funny and she knows a lot about the products most helpful budtender I’ve ever had she really cares deeply about her customers
New updated app problems
I love this dispensary but not be able to place online orders is a inconvenience and a hassle. Not being too place a order ahead of time takes away from this store!
Best App Ever
I absolutely love this app. It’s so convenient and very easy to order. Orders are typically fulfilled very quickly and efficiently. You have access to live chat assistance. I am able to check and redeem my points with one click. My favorite part of the app is being able to check terpene profiles on my product along with THC percentages. The best part of all is you can see a list of their daily specials.

App just randomly stopped working for me today.
Nothing but a white screen when I open it.
I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it a couple of times now. Not sure what’s going on but all other apps on my phone work just fine
