Worst time app I’ve used.
It’s suppose to ping you by location, however yesterday when I clocked in at my job, it pinged me at a location miles away, so I got in trouble. Problem was I was here and was able to use security cameras to show I was here when clocking and this app screwed up, so no I don’t recommend this company or at as it puts your job at risk because it doesn’t work right.Show lessYd224

Difficult log in,
Also the punches list from first to newest on the bottom. To check your punch you have to scroll all the way down. You should change the order so the newest punches are on top. This will save employee time scrolling to verify thier punchFrustrated employee1243

The most Useless app ever
This app is almost completely useless. The fact that you have to log in every time you need to clock in or out is so stupid. no pin enable or Face ID log in features available, what’s the point of this thing? Why even have an app that’s as incapable as this one?

WHY TAKE AWAY THE SAVED PASSWORD FEATURE?
The app is already not great, but after yesterday’s update it does not allow you to use saved passwords. It’s a hassle for our employees that aren’t great with technology to login to the app now. Nobody is going to remember their login for this app! Fix it please!itunes_music.
Its beyond annoying needing to login every single time I use it.
Make it so we can save the passwords on Iphone, or just keep us logged in and its a five star app. But the fact that I have to spend 5 minutes of my break every day dealing with this is enough to infuriate me.Hereiamhereibe2

It’s pretty annoying and frustrating that it logs you out every time you leave the app and you have to type in your log in info all the time. They need to add face recognition or at least remember the user name!TruckHer_13
