Great family app!
We came across SpringSpot recently and love the app for our family. With 3 young boys, I’m always looking for guidance on how to instill healthy consistent habits. We love the programs that encourage a focus around exercise, eating and fun. I also like the app because it appeals to both adults and children. Our kids look forward to the activities and we even cooked some simple meals together which made them want to eat vegetables they typically don’t try. Its a fun way to teach our kids how to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and I can’t wait to share this app with my family and friends.
