Streaming work fine but usability needs to be improved
I used to take only my IPad with a small Bluetooth keyboard + mouse as a WFH setup when travelling around. My company has switched to this new software for WFH setup, and it seems like this app isn’t really made to do any actual work from a tablet? Don’t get me wrong, you can actually use it with the touch controls and the screen keyboard (which would be a complicated experience). But if you want to get a proper WFH experience and use a Bluetooth keyboard and a mouse, this app isn’t made for it. Everything is there, they just need to add proper support to those peripherals like there is on other apps.
Let me give you a few examples:
- left click does in fact left click but right click doesn’t, middle click doesn’t, scrolling doesn’t either.
-Even if your keyboard is connected you have to click on the keyboard icon which will crop your screen with a weird small keyboard bar.
Once the screen is cropped any scrolling will result in the streaming going up and down.
I think this app has a good potential since the streaming does work, I also like the fact that we can change the resolution of the streaming.
I’ll edit this review if the app gets updated.

Almost work but…
The Keyboard strokes are not going through… tried with different keyboards (wired/wirelss…) all the same… kind of useless.. (IPad Pro 12” 2022) PLEASE UPDATE SO WE CAN USE USB KEYBOARDS/MOUSE!!!
This would be amazing IF it functioned
Some days I can almost get it to work but most days it’s pretty useless, leaving me screwed at times. This app shouldn’t be offered if it can’t even do the bare minimum. Clicking doesn’t do anything for me on my iPad.

Reiterating the need for an update
If anyone at Teradici is reading this -- Pretty please, could we get an update for this app? Why let this be a reason for users to look elsewhere for remote connection software? We require mouse and keyboard support, and for the client to operate in both touch mode, and as it would while sitting in front of the desktop computer.

Virtually no mouse and keyboard support
Unfortunately the app doesn’t have external mouse and keyboard support and it’s only meant to be used with touch screen. An update would be amazing!
