All these things lead to increased longevity. The goal of exercise efficiency is to burn as many calories as possible in the least amount of time. At its core, it's heat training. Guess what happens when you start exercising either it being walking, running, biking, yoga, etc, in the heat or start wearing more layers of clothing (you can still lose up to 5lbs in -18 degrees or 0 Fahrenheit in under 60 minutes.)
