Alerts just don’t work.
Friday drops
I have 56 of these hats I love them!! The one thing the Friday drops are horrendous. I take my lunch every Friday at the same time!!! I have tried and tried to get drops! When I first started buying Friday drops I could usually get one if I wanted that particular one!!! Love love the product the app is horrible. You have all these eBay hounds buying them and then reselling them for much much more!! Sad Geno 0950$

App doesn’t notify drops
I truly am a big fan for your hats but unfortunately i don't get the drops. Notifications are on, triple checked. Reached out to one of your operators and (Tara ) did not understand my explanations. Kind of frustrating that you can see the countdown. But once the countdown is over, all hats are gone even before i can attempt to select the hat. Ill delete the app and try this again but unfortunately most of us are at the mercy of over priced sellers trying to squeeze more money out of buyers.

Terrible app. The text messages was so much better.
Don’t save any data and always buffing. You log out to log back in and it pretty much just keep buffing. The app limiting the app to drops is not a good idea. Its making more customers upset than ever before.
Love your hats but HATE your inconsistent app
Sorry Goorin, wish I could like your app but it stinks. Sometimes I get notifications, sometimes I don’t. Half the time can’t figure out what I actually hit to get a hat in my cart. What I wouldn’t give for an “add to cart” button that you could find easily and that actually works. Finally was able to get a Friday drop in my cart today (after MANY failed attempts since the app was launched a while back) and it suddenly wanted my credit card info re-entered (never did that before, the info has always been saved), payment kept hanging up and the item disappeared from my cart. That wasted 2 minutes cost me the first drop I would have actually gotten in weeks. This poorly designed app doesn’t seem to be able to handle the sudden onslaught of purchases on a Friday drop. Boo!

Not getting alerts
Yes I’ve checked my settings, yes my alerts are on. Have I been alerted in the past? Yes! I got the amazing mermaid hat! But since then I’ve not received any alerts and Friday’s at noon pass and I live my life forgetting and missing out of the Friday drops! I’ve now put an alert in my ical to remind me to manually open the app to get my Friday drop hat.

It’s missing a great deal of stuff
I Download this app, thinking it will be the next way to purchase new fedoras, keep track of my purchases; as well as possibly bringing back a form of rewards program, like GB used to have back in the day. Unfortunately, this app has been a waste of memory space. The only “drops” I’ve seen, are for these caps that personally I’m not attracted to and feel like GB could do better.
Either way, there is no way to purchase anything other than these hats and the only reason I consider downloading GB app, is only for the fedoras. If GB is not going to make a full app with options to purchase their fedoras then I don’t have use for this app, I could just go to the website, I can care less for these wannabe von dutch hats. I’m sure there are people out there who dig these but not me. Personally, this app should cater to all customers but the way this looks to me, is that it’s pushing one way and that’s towards caps. So I will be deleting this app, thanks but no thanks.

Wasn’t notified
I downloaded the app, setup push notifications and wasn’t notified of the new drop. So now the hat is already sold out. Lame!!
