  • Bring back the MiniPlayer

    The network itself has really good shows on it, but the app is so trash after the update. There’s no reason that you guys took away the mini player. I’m trying to watch south-central baddies somebody text me and I show stops just when I’m responding to the text cause you took away the mini mini player feature. also, when commenting it always scrolls to the part in the show where you at when reading the comments, I should be able to see any comment that I want not just a comment dealing to the part that I’m watching in that moment and the app is always crashing.
  • !!!You guys are doing it again!!!

    At the very beginning of the year, you guys locked a lot of us out of our current paid accounts and require for us to create new account and we had to pay for access two times in one month we have to make payments here we are going through the same process again I happen to login on my account this morning and guess what is asking me to subscribe, however i’m on Apple subscription and paid all the way to July 11 and guess who has zero access this guy here on top of that you email them you never get a reply. Let’s get this together because honestly this is becoming ridiculous.
  • Needs more features

    I love the shows on this app, but I wish the “continue watching” section was at the very top like other streaming services instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom. It took me days to even notice there was a “continue watching” section because I never scrolled to the bottom. Auto play (where the next episode automatically plays instead of me having to do it manually,) captions, and a “recommended for you” section would also be nice features to have.
  • Stealing my money!

    I pay monthly and now I can watch certain shows. I tried to restore purchases but the error states "No bundles available!" Why do I have to purchase a subscription that I've already been paying for?! I demand a refund for charging my card 7 times! We can't check out the comments or reply to them anymore, can't watch the show and have it playing in the background as you scroll on other apps and it closes automatically. I'm going to have to unsubscribe if they don't fix this. I want my money back that NOW THATS TV STOLE! I don't watch Zeus, never have and never will but I'm about to never watch both apps.
  • Terrible app, terrible customer support

    Ever since the update, I have been unable to access my account. It’s like my account has completely disappeared even though I have an active subscription that still charges me. I’ve reached out over 10 times in 3 different ways (email, instagram, and phone) none of these methods I have gotten a response back to. The customer support is terrible. It should not be so difficult to find their “contact us” information. I literally had to google their information and still couldn’t find anything. The weekly emails they send that shows the new episodes that are being released has a link at the bottom that says “contact us” and it doesn’t even work (I think the link is expired or is not active). When I was able to use the app, it wasn’t that great anyway. The shows and production is just really poor quality and low grade. They have nothing compared to Zeus.
  • Keeps asking for payment after the subscription is paid

    I had already paid for my subscription 2 weeks later y’all do an update & then it makes me pay AGAIN! So I pay the subscription again even though it hasn’t been a whole month. I watch one show the. Go back to the home screen to pick the next episode, & again they want me to pay the subscription again. I have my apple receipts to show I paid, the money has come off my card & in my payment history on the site it says I paid, but yet the app still wants me to pay!!!! I’m not understanding at this point.
  • New update is trash

    New update should have been planned out more carefully. No longer able to swipe home and still keep videos playing in mini screen, airplay is horrible keeps cutting off, unable to login with other devices as it says invalid email or password and trust is the correct information which btw I had to select signup with my current email to even get acces to my membership, lags to load up, oh yeah don’t even think about selecting the App Support button as the page loads and never gets to the actual contact page, all around just a headache which I’m just thinking about unsubscribing as reaching out to support is useless they never reply back to issues so I will be taking my business else where Z lol. This network was my go to for entertainment now it has become the worst in the last 3-4 days…
  • TOO MANY BUGS

    Y’all need to fix the app. I love the new look to it cause the old one definitely gave Zeus. But y’all still aint fix the full screen glitch, gotta hit the back or close the app altogether just to leave the screen instead of minimizing it to view comments . Once the episode ends it should automatically give you the option to go the next one. Not the previous one and I shouldn’t have to search the show im watching over and over just to keep playing episodes. The playlist cool too but thats too much work. Would work good if the episodes automatically deleted itself after completing it.

    Y’all need to do alot more than change the look.
  • App needs to be fixed

    I’m new to the app and I was signed out of the app. 1 . I tried resetting my password multiple times and because I’m not receiving a confirmation to my email, I cannot reset my password through the app. Then I tried to go online to do it , the website won’t even load. This really just blew me cause I wasn’t even going to subscribe but as soon as I did I couldn’t even resign into the account. 2 . It never asked me for a password to begin with so now I’m even more confused.
  • Highly upset

    I just opened an account a few days ago. Yesterday I was watching an episode and then 20 minutes later the app logs me out. The website isn’t working. And then I used my MacBook to log into it and again the website wouldn’t load. When it did it is saying “welcome back! Your account has been locked for security reasons and your password needs to be reset. Check your email for further instructions. I have received zero email. Not even in the spam. At this point I am feeling robbed of my $5.99. Because when I search for their contact information or some typa help me page it won’t load. I want my money back! Or at least some typa free service for at least a month or two AFTER the issue is fixed.
