    If I could give it 0 stars I would i I have to buy it just to pronounce one single for work and I all most got fired😡😡😡 never will I use this app even if I had toor for my vids on YouTube I have 100,000 sub I had to cancel my vid😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Takes absolutely ages to print a single sheet. I am still trying to connect the printer to my computer. Can’t seem to turn the HP Smart off- it started to endlessly print 6 copies - it wouldn’t stop and I had to turn it off. When working it goes into sleep or eco mode and takes ages to wake up.

    I find this machine so frustrating compared to my other HP printers such as HP officejet pro 8600 Plus which was a far superior printer.

  • Aucun moyen de faire fonctionner

    Extrêmement déçu. J’ai été obligé de payer 69,00$/ pour une année pour pouvoir utiliser l’application.
    MAIS, rien à faire, rien ne fonctionne . C’est pourtant une imprimante deskjet3755.
    J’ai premièrement essayé de connecter avec mon MacBook 2022. Rien à faire.
    Puis avec mon iPhone 15 et cette application. C’est là que j’ai due payer. J’ai tout fais, vérifier le Bluetooth, le wifi. Tout autorisé… tourner dans tout les sens pendant une heure et demi, l’application ne trouve pas mon imprimante. Une vrai perte de temps et d’argent.
    J’ai cancelé mon abonnement puisque je ne peux aucunement l’utiliser. Il est sensé être essaie gratuit de 4 mois mais JAI DUE PAYÉ 69$.
    Aucun moyen d’être remboursé. Non. L’abonnement reste en vigueur 1 ans même si sa ne fonctionne pas. Même si je ne l’utilise pas.
    Et pour en rajouter une couche, je ne peux pas retourner l’imprimante puisque étrangement elle n’est pas remboursable.
    Si elle fonctionnait et que j’avais droit à mon quatre mois gratuit je n’aurais pas à me plaindre mais l’application ne m’a jamais proposé de gratuité, elle est passé immédiatement au paiement. Et elle ne voit pas mon imprimante.
    Mon iPhone détecte ceux de mes voisins mais pas la mienne. Quelle ironie!
    Si on pouvait au moins me rembourser .
    Sa vous donne le goût. Ou sont passés nos bonnes vieilles imprimantes.
