Your review is a great way to let us know we’re on track for helping our users learn and understand STEM subjects!After this latest update it is not crushing anymore when I change the pen color, and is very convenient for solving problems using the pencil with various colors for different parts of figures and graphs.

Hi Pdelom! Thanks for leaving us a review. We've been working hard on improving the user experience of our app and we hope this has been reflected in your experience!The app just doesn't work for me. Questions that I assign from the desktop version don't appear in the app. When I answer questions in the app they don't appear in the desktop version. Its almost as if they just don't communicate with each other. Is it just me?
Currently I am also experiencing an issue where the tells app me there are no questions, but when I look at the desktop version this is not the case.
I would really love for this app to work but right . now it seems full of glitches
Whenever I try to make a video, the app freezes part way through, making it virtually impossible to submit anything. Extraordinarily frustrating.
The app itself is okay and easy to make videos with but while I make videos it freezes a couple minutes in almost every time. It takes me so much longer to create videos since I have to repeat the process several times and is so frustrating!

Thanks!This worked fine for me in the past, but it’s been freezing mid video every time I try to use it now making it completely unusable since I lose the work every time. Questions are also not showing up when I try to add new questions in the ask section, even though the website has plenty available for me to add.

Ability to change pen size
Ability to scroll
Ability to pause video and resume recording like the website
For completed questions to be removed from the assigned questions page
Issues encountered:
Occasionally the app crashes immediately after finishing a video, erasing it and causing me to have to start over. The crash happens after the stop button is pressed
After answering a question, sometimes it is not marked as completed unless I close out the app and restart it
Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to scroll down while recording a video. And since most videos require more than one page, this is a big issue.
This app is useful but definitely needs to add in some features:
-Currently the pen size cannot be changed, which makes it challenging when using the white board
-While 4 colors are nice, more colors are needed, especially for diagramming in subjects such as the sciences
-There is no way to discard a recording without wiping out the entire whiteboard. This is annoying and time consuming. If one tiny mistake is made, everything has to be redone.
