My experience has been positive . It works well. My only issue is that the app does not accept non BVI phone numbers not even usa numbers or voip numbers. Should be able to accept uk mobile numbers at least. But works for secondary authentication and accessing my accountCan rarely even log in
I can rarely log in successfully to view my account. It just loops back to the login screen. Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn’t. It’s only useful for the sync approval feature to log in with a web browser. So frustrating when you have to do banking away from your computer.Total Rubbish
Manage to log in once out of every 50 attempts. Complete rubbishWaste of time
This app is not only an embarrassment to Republic Bank, but it’s an insult to technology on a whole. It never works. What a waste of time.Confusing
This app does not offer what most banking apps do. Customer service is hard to reach. I have had to delete the app 3 times to get it to download properly and I have Excell Wi-Fi. I’m ready to close this account completely.Garbage
It simply does not workAccount View Only
The app currently provides the ability to view account and transactions and transfer between your accounts but nothing else. The external transactions doesn’t work.No push notifications
Went to settings to activate push notification when ever a transaction happen and I don’t get any of that. Now I feel as though I have to manually track my transactions because it takes days to reflect on my statement and it don’t help that I don’t get push notifications or email.
