Thank you for your feedback. After you are finished recording and editing your video, you can choose to export it. If this is not working, please let us know. (We will review the application and attempt to reproduce the issue.)

Where’s my sound?
I have not used it extensively but the short time I have my only complaint is that for the amount being charged for a annual subscription, I should not have issues with sound.
I have used us a few times with success and I’ve now experienced two times where I filmed a video I’ll need to upload it to YouTube and find out that the audio is completely gone.
Being that I have already paid for the subscription I will continue using it for the next year in hopes that things get better and maybe it’s just an operator error….
To support, do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for reporting this bug. A patch should be available shortly. As a temporary workaround, record, export, then delete a new video clip. Any following exports during that session should include audio. Apologies for the inconvenience—will be fixed very soon.
