Home V App is an easy-to-use security system that keeps your family safe with interactive monitoring of your home. Advanced features include: stream live video, two-way communication, play recorded videos, instant motion alert, colorful night vision and works with Alexa. It covers your entire house and allows you to stay aware of what's happening 24/7. Automatic Renewal Service Rules If you click to subscribe, activate and use Cloud Plan automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules. You understand and agree: 1. If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service and you do not explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the relevant entities will be bound from the time you activate this automatic renewal service 1 day before each subscription period is about to expire. The service fee for the next subscription period will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") such as the pre-defined self-owned recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, etc., thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period . You should pay attention to the status of the above accounts and deductible balances.     I’ve had my camera for about 5-6 months and it’s been great… I had to set it up cause something keep attacking my chickens. I have it recording every 30 secs for 30 secs. But my recording are NOT staying for 7 days. Even though I have the premium. And it stopped recording and now my chicken is dead and don’t know what got it… I have good signal and can’t seem to find the problem… don’t know if it’s the app or camera but definitely on y’all’s end
  • Motion detector is iffy

    Well, it picked up motion sometimes. It missed the person pulling in my driveway and walking into my house but it did not miss the headlights of the car simply driving past my house. I live on a busy road and it constantly picks up headlights as motion and sends me alerts. I’m expecting someone at my house so I turn notifications off, go to look back at footage next day to see it didn’t get them pulling into my driveway but it did get a car simply driving past my house. If it hadn’t taken me sooo much to put this camera up I would be returning it - so they’re lucky about that. Get something better.

    Just installed and starting using these cameras and they seem great however we’re noticing that only one user can receive push notifications. It would be better for us if we could both receive notifications. Please make this possible!
