Staff don’t know how to do promos and talk away in their foreign language while there is a line up to pay and they can’t figure it out. They repeat it’s for online orders only, meanwhile I showed them and pushed the in store redeem button and showed and scanned the QR code for today’s promo.
I was a regular here and this just makes me mad as this is over and over in this store. The staff don’t understand very well and don’t understand how the app and promos work and blame me and say we don’t have that, when it’s laid out in the app. Or the system and app just don’t work. Then I look like a _____ because I expected the promo as that’s why I came in.
