American Tower provides the wireless infrastructure needed to enable a connected world – outdoors, indoors, and in urban and rural locations. Our shared wireless infrastructure solutions are the foundations for tomorrow’s 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and NEXTGEN TV technologies.   In order to maintain this infrastructure, we’ve created a mobile application for the convenience of our customers and contractors.   This application has several convenient features for everyday use: ·         Reporting site issues by creating “cases” in American Tower’s Case Management application ·         Viewing and sorting all open cases created by the user ·         Gaining access to our sites by submitting an official request with American Tower’s Network Operations Center and answering a series of questions   The mobile application was designed with our customers and contractors in mind. Its purpose is to increase the quality of your experience at American Tower’s sites with an easy-to-use smartphone app.
