Worst Customer Service
Very addictive game but they only get 1 star because they DON’T FIX THEIR BUGS. I’ve reported the same issue three times using the support in the app, and the first two times they said they would pass the issue on to their development team and then they close the ticket without fixing the issue. Third time I reported the issue they didn’t even respond.
The issue is that every time I try to merge a certain piece it takes me back to the Home Screen, then I have to reload the game, move another piece, back to Home Screen, reload, move piece, back to Home Screen.. very frustrating.Show less0001HP

Love the music in the game. The add for the game music is what actual got me to download it 😂 weird I know 🫣 but yeah I love these merge games i wish we got more stars to build a little faster. But It’s still a good game regardless.irishqueen1979

Constantly waiting for energy
Energy regeneration takes way too long to hold my attention. It reminds me of a primitive form of the Fairy Farm app. The graphics in Panthia just aren’t that good and the game itself isn’t all that clever. I use energy to merge items and unlock more land, but the wait is so long I just forget all about the game.Show lessKaren - Nc
WHAT’S GOING ON????
I really LOVE this game, HOWEVER, there are definitely PROBLEMS, such as (mentioned by other reviews), VERY FRUSTRATING on how you have to merge items separately FROM ALL OVER THE BOARD, there’s got to be a better way!! My 2 main problems, right now are 1) I had been collecting the “bonus lights” (gold & green/ keys for bazaar board) which would pass over the game board & when I went to the bazaar board 50% of the time the BUBBLE that holds the keys would FLOAT OFF THE BOARD & I would LOSE THEM, that SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED?? hopefully for good…… 2) NOW the BONUS LIGHTS USE TO float over the main board QUITE FREQUENTLY at first, it got to be less often, THEN it was like they would only float at certain times & NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED ALTOGETHER!!!! I’m hoping you RESPOND to these reviews, because it’s good to know when you are being acknowledged!! I sure hope these problems can be resolved because the game is a lot of fun to play.Show less58Tink
Clunky
There is nothing smooth about trying to move the pieces near each other for merging (which is most of the game - the designing portion is very minimal). If you’ve opened another section of the island, the pieces actually get stuck on the edge when you’re trying to move it to the area where the matching pieces are. Sometimes you can’t get them to merge - they’re like repelling magnets. Other times you’re just simply trying to move them closer together so you can save them to merge 5 - and they snap together! Sometimes I try to pick up the piece and kind of fling it in the general area where I want it to go, but then it crashes into another group and sends them scattering. The merging is so frustrating that I actually find myself not being able to tolerate playing it. The game is nice and I like the story, but please fix the smoothness of gameplay!Show lessMomPom59

Love this game the music is relaxing and easy going I like how you can visit other islands then go back to your home town maybe with updates we can have a guild or a race wth other players keep up the good work I definitely don’t mind spending gems with this game.Reeeese678
