Sleep data algorithms wrong
Sleep data not calculating correctly comparing to benchmark Oura ring. Deep Sleep and REM sleep data are not remotely close to benchmark. Does not appear to be a sensor quality issue as heart rate and spO2 track medical devices adequately. Algorithm needs to be reevaluated by someone who understands sleep stages and related biometrics.Show lessRTPMike

Don’t know why people hate it, the only two things that are annoying is that it only uses phone numbers to communicate, and that messages do not work, otherwise really good. Also weird question do you think it would be possible to connect with games?

The phone and the app interface is beautiful. All notifications work but text/SMS/iMessage on iPhone. Primarily the main reason why I got it. I’ve done all the troubleshooting.Happybeybey

Hello, please make sure you have selected [Always] or [When Unlocked] in [Settings-SMS-Notifications-Show Preview] on your phone. If you select [Never], the watch will not be able to receive text message reminders.Beautiful watch, but the App does not pair with device. :/

does not sync with Apple Health
The app and the watch data does not sync to my iphone. Meaning however many steps I took with the watch without holding my phone, doesn’t log on my phone. Can someone help?Danielle2072
