Hello! This error that some users experienced after one of our updates has been repaired in a recent update. As always small things can pop up for users when we make changes to improve. We jump to investigate and repair right away! We hope now you are enjoying the app with the new open access features.

Hi! We do seek out and delete “fake” and or problematic accounts as we find them. No app is free of this. We have a report button for this which we monitor. Once reported we view and delete if found to be “ fake” or problematic. We do however have over 200k authentic users that have been with us from since beta! What most people call “ fake accounts “ are actually 99 percent real people that just feel a bit embraced to upload photos and participate in a “ normal” fashion. So they upload something silly which then gives them impression of a fake account to the rest of the users. As we progress we will eventually monitor photo uploads which will prevent users from participating in this manor. But rest assured all accounts created on this app, more than 200k, have been uploaded by individual users. But we know how you feel. We also recently updated our app in the last week or so to give paying members the ability to message everyone. Thank you for the feedback! We are constantly working to improve.
